JUTE THE GOLDEN FIBER>
Jute a natural fiber used universally is the bark of a slender plant of tropical and subtropical origin. It’s use as a utility product in the life of human being dates back to some countries. The great break through made in textile technology at the dawn of the industrial evolution helped jute come out as an amazing fabric from its age –old use as cordage and rope. Since then the innumerable additions and modifications in its form and structure groomed jute into an indispensable material all over the world for an array of specified and unspecified uses.
USE OF JUTE BAGS & PACKS (JUTE PRODUCTS)>
Jute bags & packs are mostly used to carry food items such as paddy, rice, wheat, flour, beans, coffee cocoa, sereals, potatos, onions, sugar, tea, fertilizer, cement, wool, cotton etc. carrying weight of 30 kg- 100 kg, having 700 grms- 1200 grms weight load of the bags to under go several performance characteristics.
Further, to meet the ILO requirement of limiting 50 kg weight load per Jute bag for non mechanized handlings also developed 50 kg load capacity Jute bags. The developed passed all criteria performance tests. This bags are normal and treated (V.O.T- Vegetable oil treated) having special fabric construction and treated during production process to finishing.
